About UFS
UFS is a bank technology outfitter with a clear promise to make technology work for community banks so they can focus on banking and serving their communities. We were created by community bankers for community bankers. We maintain a vision to provide purpose-built technology services and solutions that are exclusive to the community banking industry to ensure community banks can thrive.
For most of our history, we grew through referrals to support approximately 30% of our Wisconsin home state banks, and are now sharing our community with banks across the United States. Our customers look to us as partners to provide reliable, accurate, and best of breed technology solutions that enable the banks to achieve their own unique goals.

Our History
UFS began more than 30 years ago with three banks that saw promise in a community of shared technology and expertise that allowed them to control their destiny. With an effort to compete with large national banks, UFS grew into a unique community of banks, with a focus on innovating to address their constant changing needs. Thanks to our collaborative visionary leadership, our data center was the first in the United States to be full Check-21 enabled, our customers rolled out mobile banking at 10 times the industry average, and we are a singularly rare bank-exclusive cloud service provider. In the next chapter, UFS Tech will be rebranded Navanta on Monday, March 30th.
