Empowering Community Banks and Our People to Thrive - Together!
Something special happens when a diverse group of skilled community bankers regularly come together to share their successes, failures and best practices. With UFS Technology collaborative leadership, the community empowers each other to take risks, innovate and deliver value through their unique strategies. The end result is a magic carpet of success that results in above average financial performance, job satisfaction and empowered engagement. It is not unusual to hear bankers say:
‘I will only work at a UFS Partner Bank.“
Our Community
We are driven by collaboration. We meet together at least monthly to give bankers the opportunity to share. Whether the topic is compliance, digital banking, fraud, creating an innovative culture, or the psychology of change, we ensure that bankers have the opportunity to investigate other options outside of the way it’s always been done. That face to face collaboration extends to webcasts, support team members connecting two bankers to share best practices, our online LINC site, the executive conference, or jointly integrating a unique solution into our ecosystem. We all improve together with the transparency, accountability, and partnership that human engagement provides.
